Congratulations, Bill Buehner!

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Bill Buehner as our new Maine Recovery Core (MRC) Intern Advisor.

Bill's dedication to the MRC program has been evident since his early days as a recovery coach volunteer with Healthy Acadia.

Bill is an experienced and seasoned MRC intern who has shown exceptional leadership, goes above and beyond with his helpfulness, demonstrates a high-level skill set, and brings ease, comfort, and logic to any situation. Bill first joined Healthy Acadia as a recovery coach volunteer and then joined our AmeriCorps program before transitioning into the MRC program.

In his new capacity, Bill will continue to serve as an Maine Recovery Core Recovery Coach Intern while also taking on additional responsibilities. These include stepping in as a backup mentor when needed, leading the mentor team, and providing support and guidance to interns who require extra assistance.

We are incredibly proud to have Bill as part of our team, and we have no doubt that he will excel in his new role as MRC Intern Advisor. Please join us in congratulating Bill and wishing him continued success in his journey with Healthy Acadia! 🌟
